We would like to thank our valued customer’s patience and understanding, as we have no control over the international shipping process after we have dispatched the package from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which we shipped the package within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours. Once our after-sale customer service confirmed the there is an issue with the product, we will render the appropriate action in taking care of your concerns.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
➤Please contact us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
➤After receiving the return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
➤Drop off your package at the local post office.
➤After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued upon inspection, you will receive a confirmation email.
➤For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received returned packages and directly arrange to ship the new item or store credit. Customers can reply to us via e-mail to know about the reshipment of their item.
➤Please contact us within 3 days after the package is delivered.
➤In the 3 days after the logistics number shows delivered, if there is any question about the delivery of the package, please contact us in time. If you don’t contact us, we will automatically consider that there is no issue with the product. No refund or return is applicable after that period.
➤Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
➤Please note that all returned items must be in original condition and will not affect the second sale. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
➤The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
➤No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale, nor can we accept undergarments for safety reasons.
➤We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by us.
➤We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return item.
We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details.
NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
➤If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3–5-days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
➤If you received the wrong item (mistake made by us) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
➤If there have a quality issue with the product, you can request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused, let us know the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
➤You can submit refund requests within 3 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the contact page.
➤We can only issue the refund when we get the package back. We will notify you by e-mail.
➤If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and refunds will be back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days with PayPal and 7-15 business days with a credit card for your refund to appear.
Note: The original SHIPPING FEES and SHIPPING INSURANCE FEES are non-refundable.
REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE:
➤If you order the wrong size or color or are just not satisfied without any reason. In this case, you can exchange the item but no refund will be applicable.
➤Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address)
➤Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our shop (i.e., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
➤Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of our shop.
If for any of the above reasons you would like to exchange your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
